30g Iced Protein Coffee (THM:S, E or FP) As I write this, summer is here in full swing. Overnight, it went from 75 to 95 here in St. Louis and my poor body is still adjusting. Thanks to Instagram, the Taiwanese sensation Bubble Tea has taken the world by storm.
