Whole30 Apple Chicken Salad

Serves: 3 servings
- 2 5oz cans Chicken Breast (link above), drained
- ½ cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- ½ Red Onion, Chopped
- ½ Apple, Chopped
- ½ cup chopped Green Onion
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Drain the chicken well, then add it to a bowl with the mayo, mustard, onion, apple, green onion, and a bit of salt and pepper.
- Divide into 3 servings and enjoy!
