- 1 cup Mayonaise
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Lakanto (more or less, to taste)
- 1 large head of Broccoli, chopped (3-4 cups)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 6 slices Bacon, Chopped
- In a large bowl, mix together the Mayonnaise, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Lakanto Classic. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved into the mayonnaise.
- Add the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, chopped onion, and chopped bacon, stirring well to combine - enjoy!
