Keto Lime Popsicles

- 2 cups full-fat Coconut Milk
- 2 cups Macadamia Nut Milk (unsweetened)
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- ⅓ cup Lakanto Confectioners Sweetener
- 3 drops green food coloring (optional, for coloring only)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until color and sweetener are incorporated.
- Pour into popsicle molds and place popsicle stick. I used these, and the mixture filled all 10 of the molds with no extra.
- Freeze the popsicles 4 hours or overnight until frozen through. Enjoy!
