3 T Stevia Simple Syrup (link to recipe in introduction)
½ Cup Strong Black Tea, cooled to room temperature
⅓ Cup Large Ice Cubes (or ⅔ Cup Small Ice Cubes)
½ Cup Milk, Cold

Instructions
Cook the black tapioca according to the package instructions. The kind I linked to above require a 10:1 ratio of water to tapioca. Place the tapioca in boiling water, let it rise to the top, then cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Drain the hot water, and soak the tapioca in cold water to cool down, then combine with the simple syrup and let sit for about an hour.
Make the black tea strong, then let it sit until it reaches room temperature.
In the bottom of a cup, add the tapioca + simple syrup mixture. Place the ice cubes on top of that, followed by the black tea, an additional tablespoon of simple syrup, and then the cold milk.
