In a medium saucepan, heat the Gentle Sweet, Peanut Butter, whole milk powder, organic butter, and heavy cream together. Stir until heated through and everything is melted.
Pour the mixture into your blender, and add the whey protein. Pulse until smooth.
Quickly transfer to a square dish that is lined with parchment paper or well oiled. The fudge will harden very quickly, but I like to store it in the fridge. Keep refrigerated for storage.
