    I had stopped making fresh lemonade because I did not like the taste of the lemonade with the non-sugar sweetener that I had been using. My wife told me that she had purchased this sweetener......that she likes it.....and said that I should try making fresh lemonade with Gentle Sweet. I was skeptical and thought (but did not tell my wife) "yea, sure, I'll try this sweetener but it will probably give my lemonade a bad taste". I squeezed fresh lemons for lemonade and added this sweetener. I was very surprised that the lemonade tasted sooooooo good. Needless to say, I had doubts before trying this product, but taste won me over. I have starting drinking fresh lemonade again......thanks to Gentle Sweet. I really like the product!

    I bought this because it was suggested for a homemade yogurt recipe. I am soooooooo glad that I found this. I have wanted to get off Splenda for years but I just can't do Stevia alone. It is far too bitter for me. But Gentle Sweet is fabulous!

    I was a little worried about the Xylitol and having an adverse reaction to it, I have strange digestive episodes due to IBS and was worried how it would affect me in that regard. However I've been using it multiple times a day and have not had any issues yet. If I do I will update my review.

    I want to try the sweeter version from THM next.

    This product may be better than I have rated it for those who must keep their sugar/carb consumption to a minimum but I found it had a typical artificial sweetener aftertaste in the several applications where I've tried it. I used it in both baked and unbaked recipes and could easily taste the difference from sugar or even other alternative sweeteners like maple or agave syrup. Since my husband and I have not been diagnosed with diabetes but do try to limit sweets, I will probably just continue to use regular sugar sweeteners and limit our servings rather than make this product a staple in our baking.

    My sister likes their other sweetener (Super Sweet?) but this one is my favorite, measures about one for one with sugar. Husband and kids can't taste any difference, so it works well for us. It's cheaper on the THM website but slower, takes about a week to get it. An almost identical version called Pyure is available on Amazon and at some of my local Walmarts. The Amazon price is usually the same as Walmart, which saves me a trip, about $6 bucks.

    I do NOT like stevia at all. In fact, I was willing to live without sweets rather than use the stevia products. THIS does not really taste like stevia to me, it tastes more like sugar. It tastes really good in all the things I've tried it in: coffee, yogurt, mud slide cake. I would definitely recommend this product for those not accustomed to stevia and especially beginning THMamas. It is not sugar, but it's pretty close in taste.
