Whole30 Apple Chicken Salad

  • 2 5oz cans Chicken Breast (link above), drained
  • ½ cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Red Onion, Chopped
  • ½ Apple, Chopped
  • ½ cup chopped Green Onion
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. Drain the chicken well, then add it to a bowl with the mayo, mustard, onion, apple, green onion, and a bit of salt and pepper.
  2. Divide into 3 servings and enjoy!
