Keto Broccoli Salad (THM:S, Low Carb, Ketogenic)

  • 1 cup Mayonaise
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Lakanto (more or less, to taste)
  • 1 large head of Broccoli, chopped (3-4 cups)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon, Chopped
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Mayonnaise, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Lakanto Classic.  Stir until the sweetener is dissolved into the mayonnaise.
  2. Add the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, chopped onion, and chopped bacon, stirring well to combine - enjoy!
