Keto Lime Popsicles

  • 2 cups full-fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Macadamia Nut Milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • ⅓ cup Lakanto Confectioners Sweetener
  • 3 drops green food coloring (optional, for coloring only)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until color and sweetener are incorporated.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and place popsicle stick.  I used these, and the mixture filled all 10 of the molds with no extra.
  3. Freeze the popsicles 4 hours or overnight until frozen through.  Enjoy!
