Spinach, Tomato, and Feta Chicken Burgers

  • 1 pound 93% Ground Chicken
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • 6 oz Feta Cheese
  • 3 Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Spinach
  • Coconut Oil, for cooking
  • Salt & Pepper, for use while cooking
  1. With a mixer, combine the chicken, almond flour, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped spinach until well combined.
  2. Shape into 4 patties, lightly salting and peppering each side.
  3. In a skillet, melt enough coconut oil to cover the bottom. Cook each burger for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Serve while warm either by itself, or in a Joseph's Pita.
