Pumpkin Dump Cake {Low Carb, Keto}

Low Carb Pumpkin Dump Cake is a super easy recipe that will quickly become a fall go-to.  It's made with keto sugar cookie mix, pumpkin, spices, butter, and pecans!

Ingredients: Canned Pumpkin Almond Milk Lakanto Baking Sweetener Eggs Pumpkin Pie Spice Lakanto Sugar Cookie Mix Butter Chopped Pecans

Step-By-Step Instructions

Follow our step by step instructions for this easy cake

Step 1:

mix the pumpkin, almond milk, allulose, eggs and pumpkin pie spice.  Pour into a greased baking dish (9×13 is best)

Step 2:

Pour the Lakanto Sugar Cookie Mix over the pumpkin mixture and DO NOT MIX.  Simply smooth over the whole pan and pat down gently.

Step 3:

Top with chopped pecans, followed by melted butter all over

Step 4:

Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Served when cooled.
