Keto Tzatiki Chicken Salad
{Low Carb, THM:S, Ketogenic, Sugar Free, Grain Free}
An easy chicken salad with all the flavors of a traditional greek gyro, Keto Tzatiki Chicken Salad is an easy to make instant lunch classic. Throw it on a Josephs's lavash, or serve it with cucumbers and Jilz Crackers.
When the weather turns warmer – and humid, like it is here in Southern Illinois – I am always on the lookout for cold lunch options.
Even better, are cold lunches that can be meal prepped ahead of time.
If you've watched my InstaStories, you'll know that my whole family is big fans of Gyros. Something about the heavily seasoned lamb, combined with the strong taste of feta, refreshing cucumbers, and creamy tzatziki, make gyros a staples in our house during the summer.
And yep, even my daughter eats them!
So I decided to take all of those traditional flavors and put them into chicken salad: Tzatziki Chicken Salad.
How To Make Tzatziki Chicken Salad
Here's what you'll need….
Canned Chicken
Feta Cheese
English Cucumber, in small chunks
Lemon Juice
Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
Celtic Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic, minced
Fresh Dill (or 1 Tbsp. dried)
Olive Oil
Serve Tzatziki Chicken Salad With….
- Sliced Cucumbers
- Jilz Crackers
- KNOW Better Crackers
- Sliced Bell Peppers

Tzatiki Chicken Salad
An easy chicken salad with all the flavors of a traditional greek gyro, Keto Tzatiki Chicken Salad is an easy to make instant lunch classic. Throw it on a Josephs's lavash, or serve it with cucumbers and Jilz Crackers.
Ingredients
- 3 (12.5oz) cans of chicken
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 English Cucumber, in small chunks
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Dill (or 1 Tbsp. dried)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
- Make the tzatziki: mix together the lemon juice, greek yogurt, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, dill, and olive oil.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients in with the tzatziki: chicken, feta, and cucumber. Separate into 4 servings and refrigerate.
