Waltzing through the frozen aisle of Target never ceases to provide recipe inspiration for me.
And heaven knows I spend way too much time in Target, so I'm full of ideas!
I tested these out with my easy bagel dough and they turned out great. The only challenging issue was keeping the bagel bites a consistent size, something my not-so-patient self really struggles with.
These Keto Bagel Bites are perfect to whip up as an appetizer, snack, or movie night treat.
Keto Bagel Bite Variations:
Chive & Onion Bagel Bites: skip the sweetener and mix the cream cheese with dried chives and freeze dried onion. Top the bites with onion flakes.
Jalapeno & Bacon: Cream cheese + jalapenos + bacon pieces = so delicious and spicy!
Everything Bagel Bites: Plain cream cheese in side, topped with everything but the bagel seasoning right before baking.

Keto Bagel Bites
Keto Bagel Bites are a bite-sized keto friendly bagel stuffed with sweetened cream cheese. A delicious and kid friendly treat!
Ingredients
- For The Bagels:
- 2/3 cups Almond Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1.75 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 lg Egg
- For The Filling:
- 4oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
- Place the Mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is completely melted.
- Add the almond flour mixture and eggs to the melted cheese and use your hands to combine all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed. The dough will be very sticky, but it's important to mix it quickly while still hot, and make sure it is very well combined.
- Roll out the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper, until 1/8th inch thick.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into approximately 2" squares.
- Mix the filling ingredients, then drop 1 T in the center of each dough square, then pinch closed, and roll into a circle.
- Bake at 400 for 10-14 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet and then remove and enjoy!
