My copycat of the famous Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars, made low carb and ketogenic! Keto Cranberry Bliss Bars have cranberries, notes of orange, and just enough sweetness to make it a delicious treat!
Ya'll, I dropped the ball.
I actually created this recipe last year, but never photographed and published it.
I know, I know, but life got busy, so I'm trying to make it up to you now!
If you've ever had a Starbucks Cranberry Bliss bar, you'll know that they're absolutely phenomenal. Just the right amount of sweeteness, perfect with a cup of coffee, but they're also jam packed with sugar and processed carbohydrates, not to mention gluten, and a crap load of chemicals.

And I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss them.
So, true to form I created my own version, a truly low carb, sugar free cranberry bliss bar that you're going to LOVE.
Even though you've had to wait a year for this recipe, I am actually excited that I waited a year to publish my Keto Cranberry Bliss Bars.
Why?
Because Keto White Chocolate Chips are now a thing!
Two brands have come out with delicious keto white chocolate chips, making these bars better than ever!
For this recipe, I used Bake Believe White Chocolate Chips, which can be found in many Walmarts – and now often on Amazon.
If your Walmart doesn't have the Bake Believe chips, ChocZero also has a Keto White Chocolate Chip product that is also excellent, and can be bought online:

Keto Cranberry Bliss Bars
My copycat of the famous Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars, made low carb and ketogenic! Keto Cranberry Bliss Bars have cranberries, notes of orange, and just enough sweetness to make it a delicious treat!
Ingredients
- For the Bars
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Lakanto Granular Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 dropper Sweetleaf Stevia
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Orange Extract
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 cup No Sugar Added Dried Cranberries, chopped
- For The Frosting:
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Orange Extract
- 1/4 cup Lakanto Confectioner's Sweetener
- 1/4 cup No Sugar Added Dried Cranberries, chopped {optional, to sprinkle on top}
- 1/2 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips, melted, for drizzling
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, softened butter, and lakanto granular sweetener.
Add in the eggs, sea salt, sweetleaf stevia, and orange extract.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Mix together the dry and wet ingredients, then add the chopped dried cranberries.
Press into a 9x9 pan greased with coconut oil, then bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
To prepare the icing, cream together the cream cheese, lakanto confectioner's sweetener, orange extract, and sweetleaf stevia.
Spread the icing over the cooled bars, and sprinkle with the additional chopped cranberries.
Melt the keto white chocolate chips, drizzle over the bars, then cut into triangles.
