Today, as I write this, it's November 4th, which is basically Christmas.
My husband disagrees.
I'm all “let's put up the tree” and “where is that wreath?” and “make all the candy!!!” but my husband is NOT having it.
I feel like people are in two very defined camps about Christmas. The first group think that after Halloween, Christmas is ON, while the second believe it's not really Christmas until it's actually, truly Christmas.
Obviously, I'm the first camp.
Which camp are you in? Can you tolerate a bunch of Christmas candy recipes in the coming weeks from me? Hopefully so, because you're NOT going to want to miss this Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe.
It's everything that's good about Christmas.
And Trim Healthy Mama.
Seriously, it's that good.
New to Trim Healthy Mama? Don't get overwhelmed, just read my THM Quick-Start Guide!
This recipe uses a combination of Stevia and Xylitol. Personally, I like this combination quite frequently in baked good, simply because the volume of it makes it much easier to convert traditional recipes to THM with. If you're sensitive to Xylitol, you could use eryrithritol. Even though I don't personally use it, many Trim Healthy Mamas have had a lot of success with it.
I have found that during the holiday season especially, my sweet tooth kicks into overdrive, but if I keep an assortment of sweets and treats around, I am far less likely to indulge in the non THM-friendly treats.
Mix a batch up – it's delicious!!

Where to buy supplies:
- ⅔ cup Gentle Sweet
- 1 cup Natural Peanut butter, with no added sugar
- ½ cup Whole Milk Powder
- ½ cup Organic Butter
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Plain Whey Protein
- In a medium saucepan, heat the Gentle Sweet, Peanut Butter, whole milk powder, organic butter, and heavy cream together. Stir until heated through and everything is melted.
- Pour the mixture into your blender, and add the whey protein. Pulse until smooth.
- Quickly transfer to a square dish that is lined with parchment paper or well oiled. The fudge will harden very quickly, but I like to store it in the fridge. Keep refrigerated for storage.
