How To Make Keto Flourless Chocolate Cake
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt the butter in microwave safe bowl. Stir in the keto milk chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Add in the baking sweetener and vanilla, followed by stirring in the eggs, 2 at a time.
Finish by stirring in the cocoa powder and salt.
Spread into a 8″ springform pan (I used a smaller, 6″ springform pan) and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Cake will not look done when the time is up – and that's ok! Remove it from the oven and let cool completely before removing the form. You can rewarm each piece for 10 seconds before serving if you like the center ooey and gooey.
