You'll only need a few ingredients to make this:
Plain Greek Yogurt – Makes the dessert thick, like cheesecake and also adds a lot of protein! I like the Oikos Pro Plain Greek Yogurt, since each cup as 25 grams of protein and only 6 grams of carbs. There are lots of greek yogurts on the market, but we tend to stick with full fat options rather than fat free ingredients.
Whipped Cream Cheese – choose the unsweetened kind. Can choose fat free cream cheese if keeping fat macro low.
Vanilla Whey Protein – can also choose and unflavored whey if you prefer things less sweet.
Vanilla Keto Pudding Mix – Simply Delish Sugar Free Pudding Mix is my pick for keto pudding. It's not perfect, but the macros and ingredients are the best I've found.
