Easy Keto Tortilla Chips
Low carb tortilla chips aren't something you can just walk into a store and buy. We've got shelves filled with regular tortillas chips, but no low carb chips.
And really, that's ok, because there are very few things as good as warm, homemade tortilla chips.
You can make your own tortilla chips with simple ingredients, sprinkle them liberally with flaky salt, and then enjoy them with whatever toppings fit your way of eating.
All you need is an air fryer, your choice of keto tortillas, a little bit of oil, flaky salt, and a few minutes to have crispy tortilla chips!

How To Make Low-Carb Tortilla Chips
Start by grabbing your room temperature tortillas, spray avocado oil or spray olive oil, and salt.
I really like the Celtic Sea Salt Flaky Salt – it's SO good!
Slice each tortilla into 8 pieces on a cutting board – you can do this faster by stacking them up and cutting them all at once. I used a pizza cutter, a sharp knife will work as well.
Spray the tortilla pieces on each side with the oil spray (If you don't have spray, use liquid oil and a pastry brush), then sprinkle liberally with salt.
Lay the tortillas in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray (you may need to do several batches) and cook at 350 for 3 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove the chips from the air fryer, and enjoy with your favorite toppings, dips, or a squeeze of lime juice and a dash of chili powder!
