Let's be honest: cooking is hard work.
Actually, what I told my husband last week, as I stood in the kitchen in despair about how much cleaning it needed, is that it's not the cooking that's really hard.
Rather, I really enjoy cooking.
But the dishes…man, they're about to get the better of me.
In a perfect world, we would all have time to cook clean, healthy meals, they would taste great warmed up at work, and the cleanup would handle itself.
But this is not that, and so I've put together a list of all of the Keto Lunch Ideas that will reheat well, taste great, and hopefully simplify cleanup for you as you prep for healthy eating this week!
