Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Sometimes, you just need a donut, ya know?
Mine are incredibly simple to make, require only keto pantry staples, and will turn out a wonderful donut!
Ingredients for Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Almond Flour
Coconut Flour
Oat Fiber
Xanthan Gum
Baking Powder
Nutmeg
Allspice
Cinnamon
Lakanto Monkfruit Baking Sweetener
Butter
Heavy Whipping Cream
Eggs
Vanilla Extract

How To Make Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Preheat your oven to 375.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, oat fiber, xanthan gum, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and baking sweetener. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix butter, eggs and heavy cream until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
Then, add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix well.
Use a piping bag with the end snipped off to fill the donut holes on your silicone donut pan, then bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
Let the donuts cool before removing them from the silicone donut pan.
In a small dish, combine granulated monkfruit and cinnamon.
Brush each cooled donut first with melted butter, then dip the top in the cinnamon monkfruit mixture.

- 1 1/2 cup sAlmond Flour
- 1 T Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Oat Fiber
- 1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Baking Sweetener
- 5 T Butter

- For Cinnamon Sugar Topping
- 2 T Butter, melted
- 1 ts. Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Granular Monkfruit
