Keto Meatloaf Recipe
{Low Carb, Ketogenic, THM:S, Sugar Free, Grain Free}
In cooler weather we all crave comfort foods, and for our family this Keto Meatloaf Recipe comes in handy when we want warm, hearty foods. Top it with paleo ketchup or my own recipe {which I've shared} for a delicious, ketogenic dinner.
Keto Meatloaf Recipe
Meatloaf is not a tricky recipe to convert to a keto-friendly recipe, when you've been doing this a while.
After all, a pile of hamburger meat with seasonings, something to soak up the fat, and a sugar-free ketchup.
So you can swap the breadcrumbs for almond flour or pork rinds {Porking Good makes ready made pork crumbs OR you can throw plain pork rinds in the blender to make your own}
As always, I used Grass-Fed Ground Beef from ButcherBox – it tastes better and is better for you! Plus, I just love having a big box of meat delivered to my front door.
Ingredients for Keto Meatloaf Recipe
For the Keto Meatloaf
2.5 pounds Ground Beef, preferably grass fed ( I used ButcherBox)
Almond Flour or Pork Dust
Eggs
Diced Onion
Garlic Powder
Dried Parsley
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
For The Ketchup
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
water {or more, for desired consistency}
Apple Cider Vinegar
Coconut Aminos
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper

Ingredients
- For the Keto Meatloaf
- 2.5 pounds Ground Beef, preferably grass fed
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour or Pork Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- For The Ketchup
- 1 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 6-oz can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup water {or more, for desired consistency}
- 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients for the meatloaf in a bowl. Press into a loaf pan.
- Bake meatloaf, uncovered for 30 minutes
- While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the ketchup by mixing all ketchup ingredients. Add a little extra water to make the ketchup your desired consistency.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven after 30 minutes and coat the top with the ketchup.
- Replace in the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Slice into 8 slices.
