A quick-fix for your peanut butter cravings, No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter pie is easy to whip up, macro-friendly, and requires absolutely no baking!
No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie
I'm not going to lie to you, this No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie is delicious.
It's also super easy to make.
But, it's VERY calorie heavy.
When cut into 8 pieces, each pieces has 530 calories, 51g of Fat, 7 Net Carbs, and 12g of Protein.
But to be honest, I had a LOT of trouble finishing an entire 1/8th piece, and I have a SUPER sweet tooth. And each piece, when cut into 8ths, are really pretty big.
Quite honestly, you could easily cut this pie into 12 or 16 pieces.
If you cut it into 12 pieces, each piece would have 353 Calories, 34g of Fat, 5g Net Carbs, and 8g or Protein.
Or, if you cut it into 16 pieces, each piece would have 254 Calories, 26g of Fat, 3g Net Carbs, and 6g of Protein.
Sorry, I know that's a lot of math and macros, but I want you to be aware
I started out using Peanut Butter in place of the Almond Butter in the crust, but wanted to cut down on the carbs again to keep this pie to Keto Macros, so I replaced the peanut butter with no-sugar-added Almond Butter (I used Costco brand) which cut down the carbs a bit.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate are an ages-old combination, and they don't disappoint in my No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie. Here's what you'll need….

This looks amazing. Definitely going to make it for Easter. It looks like a great recipe to make ahead and freeze?

This looks great! Could I use Swerve in place of the monk fruit? If so, would the amount be the same? Thanks!
Gretchen Lindow says
yes! Usually swerve can be substituted in equal amounts.
