Ya'll know by now my obsession with all things chocolate chip cookie (and dough). That particular combination just brings up a lot of memories in me, like cooking for my friends and family, decorating our Christmas tree every year, and more.
To make Edible Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, you'll need:
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Lakanto Granulated Sweetener (Golden or Classic)
1/8 tsp. Liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Sea Salt
1/4 cup Heavy Cream (or half and half for less calories)
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Lily's Chocolate Chips
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sweetener until fluffy. Add in the stevia, vanilla, sea salt, and heavy cream and mix until combined.
Add the coconut flour and Lily's Chocolate chips to the bowl and beat together until the consistency is even. Enjoy!
