Keto Chocolate Chip Blondies
You probably know by now that I am a serious chocoholic.
Most of the time, I eat desserts purely for the chocolate fix.
So Keto Blondies haven't really been on my radar until recently – when I saw an amazing picture of some float through my Facebook feed and my brain immediately went into overdrive.
For someone who loves chocolate, I was so surprised that I loved creating and eating these Keto Chocolate Chip Blondies as much as I did – and now I'm excited to share them with you!
These are chewy, dense, as well as sugar free, keto friendly, a Trim Healthy Mama S, and feature delicious sugar free chocolate chips {YES, those ARE a thing!}

How To Make Keto Chocolate Chip Blondies
You'll need only one bowl to mix these up and no particular steps – just mix, pour, and bake!
I made these blondies like this on purpose – after all you're going for a quick dessert fix, not an intense process!
These bake up in a square baking pan – either 9×9 or 8×8.
An 8×8 pan will give you a slightly thicker keto chocolate chip blondie and be on the longer end of the baking times provided, while the 9×9 pan will produce a slightly thinner blondie, and bake for a few minutes less.
Don't get hung up on pan size or baking time, though. Just bake them until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Oh, and like most keto baked goodies, these are even better after they've been allowed to sit for a day at room temperature.
Either way, just make sure you cool them completely in the pan before removing them.
