I'll be the first to admit that if you try to take my Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Pumpkin Spice Lattes, we will have WORDS.
Very early on after starting a ketogenic diet, I realized these drinks not only have far too many carbohydrates to fit into my keto macros more than once or twice per year.
Not to mention, including any sugar (especially the liquid sugar in these drinks) deliberately, is just not healthy, nor is it in the spirit of the ketogenic diet.
So naturally, I had to create my own copycat Keto Pumpkin Spice Coffee at home – and it turned out to be super quick!

First, you'll need to grab a frother.
I use this one that came with my Nespresso (which is one of the best purchases I've ever made, by the way. Get one if you're able!)
This frother does both cold and hot foam, and is worth every penny.
If, however space or budget is concern, then a handheld frother will also work!
This one has great reviews and comes in many colors.
Then, pick these items up at the grocery store:
Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
Heavy Whipping Cream (sub coconut cream for Dairy Free)
Sweetleaf Stevia drops
Pumpkin Pie Spice (I REALLY prefer a paleo version with additives, like this one)
Vanilla Extract
Espresso or Strong Brewed Coffee

How To Make Keto Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Place the almond milk, heavy whipping cream, stevia, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a mug or frother.
Warm froth it for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture is frothy.
Pour into a mug and add in the espresso or strongly brewed coffee and enjoy!

- Small splash Vanilla Extract
- Espresso or Strong Brewed Coffee
