Easy 3-Ingredient Keto Fudge
{THM:S, Low Carb, Keto}
The easiest, most delicious Easy Keto Fudge you'll find. With only 3 ingredients needed, you can make a batch in less than 5 minutes. My Easy 3-Ingredient Keto Fudge is good on the counter or in the fridge and is great to keep on hand for when a craving hits!
One of the most wonderful things about the Ketogenic Diet is the reduced cravings.
Most people report much fewer cravings, or no cravings at all after the first few weeks of Keto. And honestly, besides the metabolic change to burning fats, a lot of weight loss can be attributed to the fact that you just don't crave all those horribly processed foods!
But, we're only human, and that means a craving or two every now and then, especially when you factor in PMS, amiright???
This Easy 3-Ingredient Keto Fudge is super simple to make, requiring only 3 ingredients. And for some just starting out, this fudge is a great way to stay on track while you're trying to power through those cravings in the beginning, instead of reaching for a sugary treat.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup Lily's Chocolate Chips (stevia sweetened)
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Lakanto Confectioner's Sweetener
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. The chocolate chips will be mostly melted, so stir them until they finish melting and the Lakanto Confectioner's Sweetener is dissolved..
Turn out the fudge onto parchment paper to cool. You can either leave it to set on the counter, which will give it a softer texture, or in the fridge, which will give it a harder texture.
Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy!
You'll find the Easy 3-Ingredient Keto Fudge has very keto-friendly macros:

I have question. For the fudge, does it have to be confectioner’s sugar? Will Stevia work? It is lighter than granulated.
Thanks
Gretchen Lindow says
It does need to be a powdered sweetener of some kind. Granulated or liquid won’t work – sorry! If you’re thinking of using pure stevia, it may work, but will probably be a bit softer because you’ll so much less stevia than you would a powdered sweetener.
Jen says
Mine did not set, even in the freezer! It was the consistency of peanut butter. Not cool.
Gretchen Lindow says
Hmmm…did you use exactly the quantities and exact products in the recipe?
