Keto Chicken Crust Pizza
with Roasted Vegetables
{THM:S, Low Carb, Ketogenic, Grain Free}
A low dairy, high protein crust that holds up to the heaviest of toppings, Keto Chicken Crust Pizza will become a staple in your household, requiring inexpensive ingredients, and coming together in only 15 minutes.
Every time we have a busy evening, I gravitate towards pizza for dinner.
And Friday nights? Pizza.
Hot day & don't want to cook? Pizza.
Basically, we're a pizza loving family, and as an added bonus my daughter loves it to.
Now, I have a recipe for fathead pizza crust that's delicious, BUT it's very high in dairy, and as a result sort of expensive to make.
So, if you're looking for a fathead crust, check that one out.
Or if not, give this Keto Chicken Crust Pizza a try. It requires only canned chicken, eggs, salt, and parmesan cheese (which can be subbed out for coconut flour to make it dairy free, if you desire.)
This makes is very high in protein, it holds toppings better than fathead crust, and it's pretty inexpensive to make.
Toppings for Keto Chicken Crust Pizza
This particular version uses TONS of roasted vegetables, but there are so, so many topping choices that you could use instead:
- Pepperoni
- Bacon
- Sausage
- Canadian Bacon
- Hamburger
- Chicken
- Broccoli
- Alfredo Sauce
- and more!
Pizza is amazingly versatile, but I've chosen to make a roasted vegetable pizza, since the crust already has the protein, and using tons of vegetables helps me get a lot of my daily vegetables in!
Keto Chicken Crust Pizza Ingredients
As I said, there are only a few ingredients you'll need to make Keto Chicken Crust Pizza:
Canned Chicken – I used Kirkland Brand, but any brand will work. Bonus points for using Organic, Free Range Canned Chicken like this one.
Eggs
Parmesan Cheese
Celtic Sea Salt
Vegetables to Roast: Bell Pepper, Onion, Mushroom, etc
Sugar Free Pizza Sauce

That's it!
