Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken has been a family favorite of ours since I was in grade school. Its easy, delicious, and requires no special ingredients. Better yet, it can be customized to your macros or other dietary needs easily.
Probably everyone has at least seen Creamy Italian Chicken floating around the internet. Between Pinterest, Facebook, and just plain googling, you've probably seen this recipe already!
It's very simple, requires no special ingredients, and is perfect for the cooler, busy months because you can just throw everything in the slow cooker and have dinner waiting for you later.

My mom has been making this since I was in Junior High {before Pinterest!} but I LOVE how many people have also loved it to.
Ingredients for Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken
2-3 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 packet Primal Palate Garlic & Herb Seasoning Mix
Chicken Bone Broth
Cream Cheese (can use 1/3 less fat for more protein and less fat)
Broccoli to serve the chicken over

Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken has been a family favorite of ours since I was in grade school. Its easy, delicious, and requires no special ingredients. Better yet, it can be customized to your macros or other dietary needs easily.
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 packet Primal Palate Italian Seasoning Mix
- 8oz Chicken Bone Broth
- 8oz Cream Cheese (can use 1/3 less fat for more protein and less fat)
- Broccoli to serve the chicken over
Instructions
Line your slow cooker with either a slow cooker liner or avocado oil cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, pour the bone broth over them, then sprinkle with the italian dressing mix. Then cube the cream cheese and place evenly throughout the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Uncover and stir the entire mixture together, including the chicken and cream cheese.
Serve over steamed broccoli.
