Some recipes need no introduction, and my Healing Keto Chicken Soup is one of them. It's perfect for when stomachs are a little upset, or just a regular weeknight when dinner needs to be quick. Packed with gut-healing nutrients, and ready in 30 minutes, Healing Keto Chicken Soup is a regular in our meal rotation.
Basically, I'm not going to bore you with some story about this recipe, but instead skip right to the recipe notes, and then right into the recipe
Recipe Notes:
In order for this to be truly healing, I suggest using only high-quality bone broth, either homemade or from Kettle & Fire.

Ingredients for Healing Keto Chicken Soup
1 Onion, Diced
2 Tbsp. Garlic, Diced
2 Carrots, sliced
3 ribs Celery, diced
1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning {I used this one}
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Basil
1 Bay Leaf
2 cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
6 cups Chicken Bone Broth
2 Tbsp. Parsley

Healing Keto Chicken Soup

Packed with gut-healing nutrients, and ready in 30 minutes, Healing Keto Chicken Soup is a regular in our meal rotation.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or Avocado Oil
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, Diced
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 3 ribs Celery, diced
- 1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning {I used this one}
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
- 6 cups Chicken Bone Broth
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
Instructions
- If chicken is raw, cook in the Instantpot until cooked through, dice, and set aside.
- Remove the wire rack from your InstantPot and set to Saute.
- Add the oil, onions, and garlic, and saute until tender and translucent.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, including the chicken, set to Soup and cook on high for 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
