How To Make Keto Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a baking dish by spraying with avocado, coconut, or olive oil cooking spray.
Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds so you have pepper cups ready for filling.
Cook the peppers in an air fryer at 400 for 5 minutes (or boil for 5 minutes if you don't have an air fryer)
Brown the ground beef and italian sausage in a large skillet with onion and garlic.
Drain off excess fat, then stir in the diced tomatoes, marinara, remaining spices, and cauliflower rice.
Simmer filling for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower rice is cooked and tender.
Place pre-cooked peppers in a pan and fill with ground meat and rice filling.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

- 1/2# Grass-Fed & Grass Finished Ground Beef
- 1/2# Italian Sausage
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Diced Garlic
- 14oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Cauliflower Rice, uncooked
- 1.5 cups Water
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
