With all the colors of fall, this Keto Apple Feta Salad combines all the in-season produce that fall has to offer. Pecans, pomegranate seeds, honeycrisp apples, feta, bacon and chicken tossed with an apple cider vinaigrette is not only healthy, it's SO delicious.

First, combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake or whisk together.
Next, toss all salad ingredients in a bowl with desired amount of vinaigrette.
Serve fresh & cold.

For The Salad:
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce
- 2 oz. Feta Cheese
- 2 pieces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/4 Honeycrisp Apple, diced
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- 6 oz. Grilled Chicken
Apple Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup Avocado Oil
- 1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Honey, Maple Syrup, or Keto Granular Sweetener
- 1 tsp. Sage
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
