I've been on quite an Asian kick as far as recipes go – both eating and creating them! I just love recipes that are bursting with flavor, and Asian cuisine fits the bill.
If there's one thing I don't like, it's bland food.
Also, food that takes forever to cook on a weeknight.
My Keto Beef and Broccoli is not only Ketogenic, it is Whole30 AND Paleo.

What is the best beef for Keto Beef and Broccoli?

For my Keto Beef and Broccoli, I used a Grass Fed Flat Iron Steaks. from ButcherBox. It cut up, and stir-fried wonderfully – not to mention it's a relatively inexpensive cut of meat.
Flank Steaks or Skirt Steaks will also work well for Keto Beef and Broccoli.
Ingredients for Keto Beef and Broccoli
Grass-Fed Flat Iron Steak
Broccoli
Olive Oil
Toasted Sesame Oil
Fish Sauce
Coconut Aminos
Garlic in olive oil
Dried Ginger

Keto Beef and Broccoli
This Keto Beef and Broccoli is an easy, one-pan meal that is chock-full of nutrients and ready in 15 minutes. Perfect for a busy family who misses takeout!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Grass-Fed Flat Iron Steak
- 1 lbs Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Fish Sauce {optional, not Whole30}
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic in olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dried Ginger
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the fish sauce, coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger. Slice the flat iron steaks in thing strips, against the grain, and place in the bowl, cover and refrigerate to marinate for one hour.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. of the Olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the broccoli to the hot pan and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, until the broccoli starts to soften.
- Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside. Add 2 more Tbsp. of Olive Oil to the pan. Add the marinated flank steak and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the broccoli back in, as well as the left over marinade. Cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until the marinade begins to thicken.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
