How To Make Keto Gingerbread Mug Cake
Melt butter in a mug by placing it in a microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir in Molasses and Egg.
Whisk in almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg salt, and sweetener.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.

Do I need to use a mug?
I find that mugs work really well – because they microwave well and have a handle for removing from the microwave when hot. However, other small containers such as Pyrex will also work well in the microwave.
Do I need to use all the spices?
Nope! If you don't like any of them, leave them out! But, you may miss out on some of the signature gingerbread flavor.
