How To Make Keto Pizza Chicken Crust
Preheat oven to 400.
In large mixing bowl combine canned chicken, eggs, and grated parmesan until combined.
Roll out the chicken mixture in between 2 sheets of parchment paper until it is 1/4″ thick and roughly fits the shape of the pan you'll be using to bake it. (I use a rectangular baking sheet, but a pizza pan or other pan you have on hand will work).
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, until edges just start to brown, then remove from the oven.
Top with marinara (or sugar free pizza sauce), follower by shredded mozzarella and toppings of choice.
Bake again at 400 for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted, then remove from the oven, cut, and serve.
