Paleo Strawberry Crisp (Keto Friendly)
Ya'll.
I always know a recipe is GOOD when I catch my husband in the kitchen, eating it right out of the pan, looking rather sheepish.
The crumble is buttery, the strawberry sweetness is on-point, and when you put this Paleo Strawberry Crisp with some of my Keto Vanilla Ice Cream, you're in heaven!

Paleo Strawberry Crisp FAQ's
How Do I Store Paleo Strawberry Crisp?
This dessert is best served fresh and warm – and with ice cream! As with most crisps (both regular and low carb) it will soften up slowly in the refrigerator while being stored because of the strawberry juices. If you do have a bit you want to reheat, try the air fryer to re-crisp the top!
Can I Freeze Paleo Strawberry Crisp?
Best not to, unfortunately. You can, however adapt to using frozen strawberries instead of fresh during the winter months when strawberries aren't in season, and the grocery store berries have very little flavor.
What Should I Serve with Paleo Strawberry Crisp?
We love it with Keto Whipped Cream and/or Keto Ice Cream! So delish!
Do I Have To Use Lakanto Sweeteners?
Nope, you can use your favorite sweetener that is low-carb or paleo, and that cooks and bakes like sugar – but that's exactly why I almost exclusively use Lakanto Sweeteners. Their baking sweetener is fantastic and bakes SO realistically with minimal aftertaste. If you do decide to shop Lakanto, use code FITMOMJOURNEY to save $$.
