How To Make sugar Free Caramel Sauce
Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan.
Let is simmer about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until butter is browned.
Add in the allulose, heavy cream, salt, vanilla extract, and molasses if desired, stirring to combine.
Let sit barely simmering for 15 minutes, stirring ever so often, until it thickens slightly and starts to stick to a spoon.
Pour into a glass container to cool. The sugar free caramel sauce will thicken as it cools, but will still be pourable.

- 1/4 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Blackstrap Molasses (optional)
Instructions
