Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
{Low Carb, Ketogenic, THM:S}
Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a quick-prep dinner that I love to make ahead, freeze, and reheat for busy days or meal portioning. Made with inexpensive ground beef, eggs, cheese, and a sauce that tastes exactly like a cheeseburger, it's a convenient burger without the bun!
Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
I have a LOT of ground beef in my freezer.
We bought half a cow in January, and while we've used up most of the roasts and steaks, I still have a bunch of ground beef.
And besides burgers and tacos, we've really gotten away from eating a ton of ground beef, so about a month ago I needed a way to not only quickly prep a bunch of ground beef, but actually make it taste good.
I also wanted a casserole that we would be willing to eat for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner, and Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole was born!
