Keto Whole30 Thai “Peanut” Sauce

This Whole30 Thai “Peanut” Sauce is chock full of flavor, a hint of sweetness from the almond butter, and goes well with chicken, pork and fish, especially when paired with vegetables like butternut squash and cauliflower. It can provide a kick for otherwise bland meals and keeps well in the fridge!
Here's what you'll need:
4 T compliant Almond Butter
3 T Coconut Aminos
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 T Garlic Powder
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. of Siracha, optional for extra spice
Splash of hot water to thin out the sauce
Mix all ingredients, taste for spice level, and adjust as needed. Enjoy!
