How To Make Keto Double Chocolate Muffins
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a muffin tin with avocado, coconut, or olive oil cooking spray. I do not recommend using paper muffin liners for this recipe, as the muffins will stick to them.
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, yogurt and sweetener until combined.
Mix in remaining ingredients until just combined, then spoon into prepared muffin tins until each hole is 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until tops just start to crack and muffins are cooked through.

How do I store Keto Double Chocolate Muffins?
Once cooled, store muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Individually wrapped, these muffins can be frozen up to 1 month.
Can I substitute a different sweetener?
Absolutely, although I do have to mention that I LOVE Lakanto‘s sweeteners (and you can save $$ with my code FITMOMJOURNEY).
Allulose is another great sweetener that bakes really well.
I have not tested other sweeteners, but feel free to try them out!
