Pork Chops with Spinach Cream Sauce
{Ketogenic, Low Carb, THM:S, Grain Free}
Packed with flavor, Pork Chops with Spinach Cream Sauce are tender, delicious, and an easy dinner the whole family will love!
Pork Chops with Spinach Cream Sauce
I originally made this recipe without the spinach, and in my head my nutritionist said “Where are the vegetables?!”.
So I added spinach.
But basically, this recipe is exactly what it says. You season and cook boneless pork chops to perfection, then prepare a sauce that is packed with the flavors of garlic and parmesan for a flavor-packed dinner.
And of course, spinach.
I used ButcherBox Heritage Bred Pork Chops for the protein, which I love not only for their quality {I feel good about feeding them to my family over industrial pork}, but also for the price and convenience of having meat delivered to my door. Truly delicious, sustainable, and convenient!
If you haven't tried Butcherbox yet or need to restock your freezer, you can buy through ButcherBox's website.

Oh, and ButcherBox has more than Beef & Pork – they have organic chicken, wild caught seafood, and more!
How To Make Pork Chops with Spinach Cream Sauce
Start by getting a skillet hot with some oil. I used medium heat while I prepared the pork chops. Trim the chops, if desired, then season with salt, pepper, and Primal Palate Garlic & Herb Seasoning LIBERALLY.
Sear in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature comes to 160. The outside should be a bit brown, but the chops still tender.
Set aside and prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients and whisking until smooth. By the way, you can absolutely use almond milk in the sauce {unsweetened and unflavored} and NO ONE will know. My husband didn't know until I told him.
Serve the sauce over the pork chops – and over any vegetables you choose to add as sides and enjoy!
The whole meal takes literally 30 minutes from start to finish and reheats well for leftovers the next day.
