Easy Keto Fudge
I think there are a LOT of us out there that have one thing in common:
We have a raging sweet tooth.
To be honest, I think we come by it honestly.
For myself, my whole family on my mom's side have pretty big sweet tooth's, so growing up, holiday sweets like fudge, snowball cookies, peppermint bark, brownies, and peanut butter blossoms were par for the course during marathon holiday baking sessions.
Today, I'm going to be sharing with you a fantastically Easy Keto Fudge.
You'll only need 3 ingredients to make this.
And, it's low carb, ketogenic, a THM:S, and sugar free.

How To Make Easy Keto Fudge
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir well. You should notice that the chocolate chips are mostly melted, and should melt into a completely smooth mixture in under 1 minute of mixing. If they do not, microwave an additional 20-30 seconds (this doesn't take long!).
Using a scraper, turn out the fudge onto parchment paper to cool.
Leaving the fudge to cool on the counter will give it a softer texture. Leaving it to cool in the refrigerator will give it a harder texture.
Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy!
Mix-Ins for Easy Keto Fudge
If plain fudge isn't your thing, then I have many ideas for fun mix-ins you can enjoy!

How to Store Easy Keto Fudge
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
To enjoy softer pieces, take out of the fridge for 10 minutes before eating.
