Growing up, we had a Saturday morning tradition – McDonald's breakfast burritos.
Say what you want about McDonald's, but those burritos are delicious.
Even as someone who doesn't like breakfast, or eggs AT ALL, breakfast burritos are one of the few things that I will actually eat for breakfast.
My husband also enjoys them, and I'll prep and entire week's worth at once.
Keto Breakfast Burrito Ingredients
Mild Pork Sausage
Rotel
Chopped Green Chiles
Eggs
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Low Carb Tortillas (any brand will do)

How To Make Keto Breakfast Burritos
Start by browning and draining the pork sausage. Set aside in a large bowl.
Whisk the eggs together with the rotel, chopped green chiles, salt and pepper.
Scramble the eggs mixture in a skillet until cooked through and drier than you would usually cook them.
Mix the scrambled eggs, sausage, and shredded cheese while still warm.
Let cool, then fill the tortillas with one serving scoop of filling each. Roll, wrap with foil, and refrigerate until time to eat them.

- 1 pound Mild Pork Sausage
- 1/3 cup Rotel
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Chiles
- 12 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 12 Low Carb Tortillas
Instructions
- Start by browning and draining the pork sausage. Set aside in a large bowl.
