How To Make Low Carb Caramel Nut Snack Mix
First, you'll mix together the nuts you've chosen.
I used
Then, you'll prepare the caramel coating by mixing equal parts butter and sweetener (with erythritol).

You'll cook the sweetener and butter over medium heat until it boils and and darkens in colors, then stir in vanilla and salt.
Then, mix it slowly into the nuts and let cool.
This recipe is SUPER easy and SUPER delicious.
