Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is a delicious lunch dish featuring shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and white meat chicken tossed in mayo and ranch dressing.

Summer isn't over yet and I'm, quite frankly, enjoying ALL the summer foods.
On my meal plan this week are Balsamic Strawberry Salads, Smoked Chicken Thighs, and this Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
I was introduced to Great Low Carb Baking Company this winter and I've fallen in love with using their products occasionally for truly low carb dupe recipes.
I can't use their products every single week because too much gluten bothers me, but for recipes that have no great substitute, like pasta, these products are IT.
How To Make Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad
First, boil the low carb pasta according to the directions.
Cook the bacon. While you wait, cut up the green onions, then mix the mayo, ranch dressing, spices, shredded cheddar, and green onions, Mix in the bacon.
Drain and cool the pasta, then mix it into the mayo mixture.

Keto Fusilli Noodles, cooked
Bacon, crumbled ( I Used Butcherbox)
Ranch Dressing
Avocado Oil Mayo {this brand is my favorite, or homemade}
Green Onions
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Chopped Chicken, optional

Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is a delicious lunch dish featuring shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and white meat chicken tossed in mayo and ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Great Low Carb Fusilli Noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 pieces Bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 cup chopped Chicken Breast, optional
Instructions
- Cook the low carb fusilli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Cook the bacon.
- While the bacon cooks, combine the mayo, ranch dressing, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Mix in the cooled crumbled bacon and fusilli noodles.
