Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
(THM:S, Low Carb, Ketogenic)
I'll be honest, I don't know where I got this recipe from.
I've been making it for years, but I don't think I can take credit for it.
However, even though this recipe isn't technically mine, I really want to share it with you.
Why?
Because it's the perfect dinner to help with keto flu (high in sodium), it tastes awesome, and recipes don't get much simpler than this one.

Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops require absolutely no special ingredients and no cooking (well, except for the cooking done by your slow cooker). It truly is a “dump” recipe – and happens to be one of my husband's favorites.
I have found that this recipe works great with the grass-fed pork chops or pork loin from our Butcher Box. Wanna learn more about Butcher Box? I posted a full review + a special offer right here.
All you need is:
- 2 lbs of Pork Loin, thawed
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 8oz Container of Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
Put a slow cooker liner in the bottom of the crock. Dump both cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 cups of Water and the Ranch Dressing Mix in a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix it all together. Add the mushrooms here and stir them in gently if you're using them.
Slice the pork loin into 6 slices, then layer them on the bottom of the lined slow cooker. Pour the soup mixture over the pork, then set your slow cooker to 8 hours on low.
Serve warm with a side of veggies, mashed cauliflower, or another side of your choice!
