Keto Crab Rangoon Dip
Have you had crab rangoon before?
Sure, they're not even remotely low in carbohydrates, but we all had a life before keto, right?
In case you haven't, the Americanized version of crab rangoon is what I'm referring to: sweetened cream cheese and crab wrapped in wonton paper and fried.
Many people enjoy dipping it in sweet & sour sauce also.
They're seriously delicious. More like a dessert than the appetizer they're usually served as, so I just HAD to make a keto version of the filling to eat as a dip.
