Keto Greek Chicken Burgers
Do you have big plans for the summer?
Summers are my husband's slow season (he's a welder for our local utility company) so we tend to bank vacation and spend it during the summer for some crazy cool trips.
Most recently, we returned from Family Camp. (Think sleepaway camp for kiddos, but for entire families) We spent a week alternating between letting the kids run around in a herd from activity to activity, while the adults relaxed, to doing entire family activities – like swimming and ziplining. It was wonderfully relaxing, but I'm excited to be home!
One of the things I'm meal prepping for the week are these Greek Chicken Burgers. Not only are they Ketogenic, Low Carb, and a THM:S, they are also grain free and sugar free.
They're also DELICIOUS.
And, they reheat well all week.

How to Make Keto Greek Chicken Burgers
Start by mixing together all the ingredients for the Tzatziki Sauce, covering, and placing the refrigerator. This will combine the flavors very nicely so you can use it to top the burgers when they're done.
Then, prep your frozen spinach by microwaving, squeezing out all excess water and chopping finely.
Grab a large bowl, and mix together all of the burger ingredients until well combined. Shape into 4 burgers.
Preheat your grill on medium-high heat (or 400 for those with a temperature monitor).
Prep your grill grate by spraying with grilling spray (essentially a high-heat cooking spray). Then, grill burgers for 5-6 minutes on the first side, then flip and grill 4 minutes more, until the center reaches 165 F.
Serve the burgers with the tzatziki, sliced cucumbers, onion, tomato, and lettuce!
