Homemade Keto Peach Cobbler
Somewhere along the line, peaches got lost amongst those of us that do Low Carb, Keto, or Trim Health Mama.
I can understand not using peaches often, because at 13 net carbs per medium peach puts it more in Low Carb or Paleo territory BUT my recipe uses only half a peach per serving, which you can fit into your daily carbohydrate limit if you're craving a sweet treat.
It is perfect to take to a family cookout, or just for a fun night at home.
If you love fresh peaches and ice cream, this is the natural dessert to make.
You literally can't go wrong.
Plus, it pairs perfectly with Basic Vanilla Ice Cream
