Easy Keto Grilled Pork Chops Marinade
Have you been on the hunt for an amazingly awesome Grilled Pork Chops Marinade that's also easy and Ketogenic? Look no further than my recipe which always gets rave reviews!
I have to admit, I'm not the biggest fan of pork chops.
In the past, they've always turned out dry and flavorless when grilled. In the slow cooker, they're great. But grilled? Dry and boring.
But recently, we were given, like, 40 pounds of pork chops. I'm not exaggerating.
And because I pride myself on being fairly frugal, you can bet on the fact that we were going to eat them – so I had to come up with a flavorful all-purpose marinade that left those free pork chops flavorful, not at all dry, and delicious!
I'm so excited to share with you that I've done it – I've created the best Grilled Pork Chops Marinade.
The marinade comes together quickly, need no special ingredients, and can marinate those pork chops in only 2 hours, if need be. However, if you have more time, 4 hours for them to marinate is even better.
Here's what you'll need:
2/3 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lakanto Classic Sweetener (save 20% with the link in my bio and code “fitmomjourney”
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
3 T garlic powder
1 T dried thyme
1 T onion powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 T mesquite seasoning
1 T parsley flakes
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
And you guys – you literally only mix together the ingredients, toss the marinade and about 6 large pork chops into a ziploc bag, toss to coat, then let sit for 2-6 hours.
Grill to perfection & enjoy!
These pork chops go awesome with my Keto Broccoli Salad, Sugar-Free Strawberry Pie, and Keto Coleslaw!
